We have been busy this week learning about seeds and parts of  seeds.  We have learned that seeds are living things because they need food, water, and they grow! 

We had fun in the Science Lab sorting and guessing which seeds are inside of foods we eat...

In math, we shared 1/2 of a graham cracker with a friend and we talked about how the parts need to be same or equal parts.  Then we made fractional halves and fourths with paper plates...

We try to learn in fun ways!

Community Helpers and 3D Shapes

 

 

We had a wonderful morning learning about different careers and jobs.  Our Community Helpers and Workers did a great job of helping students understand the importance of a good education too!  Thanks so much!

 

Shapes Show-N-Tell was a hit!  "Hands On Learning" is the best kind.  It makes learning meaningful and fun!
